Refactor CLI command implementation

The current implementation of the CLI commands delegates all execution to the RestConnection class which has grown to have an unmanageable switch.
Since we don't plan to support other connectors to the server, we can reduce complexity and make things easier by moving the command implementation to the commands themselves.
