Newer versions of Quarkus do not allow us to reference log4j core classes. Unfortunately the LoggingResource class does. We need to add a system property or something that we can set at build time for Quarkus to disable adding this endpoint so we can use newer versions of Quarkus.

Eventually Quarkus may provide something similar, but until then we cannot use the logging endpoints with a Quarkus based Infinispan server.
