Build demo and blog about using Infinispan on EC2

This will require the use of FILE_PING in JGroups 2.8 as a discovery mechanism. Critical to show the world that Infinispan + JGroups can do auto-discovery on EC2. Potentially also use S3 as a cache store for this demo.
