    Description

      With the default values, a cluster cannot be formed without setting jgroups.bind.address when using the tcp stack

      ./server.sh -Djgroups.bind.address=SITE_LOCAL -j tcp

       

      Update tcp::MPING::bind_addr to SITE_LOCAL
