Remove preferContainerExposedPorts

preferContainerExposedPorts was originally added to support environments ( dev machines ) that can’t route traffic to containers. ( aka MacBook )

If you need to use MacBook for development, please use docker-machine that won't require any change in the Infinispan Source code
