Change TCK Runner to start using ContainerInfinispanServerDriver

    Description

      After ISPN-11770, the default stack is test-tcp and the module tck-runner-remote doesn't support it.

      It is using ANT tasks to start the server. It will be good if it starts using server/testdriver/core
