Actuator metrics bean might cause long timeouts

The actual implementation of the Actuator metric implementation may cause some issues of timeouts in prometheus when working with replicated and distributed caches.

Provide a way to avoid long timeouts on stats

• Local cache stats ?
• Add expired entries on stats ?
