Add Jandex index files to various Infinispan modules

Quarkus and maybe some other tools can work much better and efficiently if we provide a Jandex index in the various jar files. This way they can easily lookup and find classes that extend/implement others as well as various annotations.

This adds minor size inflation to existing jars ~5-8% larger.
