Server standalone.sh --jmx fails with Java 11

    Description

      When running `standalone.sh --jmx` the server launch fails with:

      -Xbootclasspath/p is no longer a supported option.
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
