This epic introduces two new "warning" alerts to CIRO. Although alerts with "warning" severity are not required to have an associated runbook, it is still advised.

The new alerts (added in: openshift/cluster-image-registry-operator#1147) are:

• ImageRegistryStorageReadOnly
• ImageRegistryStorageFull

Runbooks can be found in the openshift/runbooks repository.

Open questions

• When writing a runbook, do the steps to mitigate an alert need to be specific, i.e a step-by-step guide? Or can they be more generic (i.e check the permissions in your storage solution)?
• Who to ask advice about this (monitoring team? other?)
