Why is this important?
- OCPBUGS-17674 partially removed its support to fix the reported bug
- To be consistent, we need to remove support for OPENSHIFT_DEFAULT_REGISTRY all the way
Scenarios
- Customers who unmanage the registry and set OPENSHIFT_DEFAULT_REGISTRY have been warned to use REGISTRY_OPENSHIFT_SERVER_ADDR instead since 3.11
