      CIRO currently relies on the region list provided by the aws-sdk-go, which constantly changes, requiring us to manually bump the sdk to get the new available regions.

      ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

      • OpenShift installation should continue to work in existing AWS regions
      • Supporting new AWS regions should not require manual code changes (i.e upgrading the aws-sdk-go library) to CIRO
