Following the blocker bug found on March 3 (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2060605), let's make sure we have sufficient E2E tests checking for anonymous pulls and share this with QE so they can add to their tests.

Acceptance Criteria

• There should be an e2e test that ensures that one (or more) well-known clients can pull without credentials from namespaces with enabled anonymous access.
