    Description

      As a OpenShift engineer
      I want the image registry operator to use the latest k8s libraries
      so that the operator can benefit from new upstream features.

      Acceptance criteria

      • cluster-image-registry-operator uses k8s.io/api v1.23.z
      • cluster-image-registry-operator uses latest openshift/api, openshift/library-go, openshift/client-go
