R&D Design integration with Clair

As an OpenShift developer
I want to have a design for integration with Clair
so that everybody can agree on next steps.

Acceptance Criteria

• Talk to the Clair team
• How users can install Clair on OpenShift?
• What's the benefit of integration with Clair for the customers?
• Do we need to change something on Clair side?
• How results will be consumed? (via Container Security Operator?)
