Identify registry metrics

As an OpenShift administrator
I want to see all critical metrics about the registry status on a single dashboard
so that I can identify performance problems

Acceptance Criteria

• List of Prometheus metrics that might be interesting too soo on the dashboard
• Explanations for queries – what do they mean, and how to react on them

Notes

Metrics from kubelet (CPU usage, memory usage), metrics from the router (frontend/backend – backend is not healthy, backend didn't response), maybe storage usage
