It is reproducible by building the boot.iso locally as described in https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda/blob/607848abeb4b47f9b513cf4936cc5b82770657ae/CONTRIBUTING.rst#L131

The installer image content has 'container_file_t' label which is causing issues.

FTR possible related commits indicating enviroment change that could affect our container builds:
