Anaconda WebUI should prevent closing the modal dialog with network configuration (iframe embedding cockpit module) if network configuration (typically Checkpoint) is in progress. This involves:

• #1 checkpoint in progress
  • here we probably need an event from Cockpit module informing about checkpoint in progress: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/COCKPIT-1417 
• #2 change confirmation dialog
  • here we should be able to use cockpit_has_modal session storage event which is already used for embedded Cockpit Storage
