During the investigation of RHEL-135111 we learned that part of the issue is that network is configured AFTER subscription module task.

Acceptance criteria:

• configure network BEFORE the task for insights registration task. This should be done preferably by changing the order of tasks (see https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/C04TE3FPD32/p1768492316523049?thread_ts=1768492036.324289&cid=C04TE3FPD32).
• the code change MUST be small given it must be delivered to RHEL 10.2
