Currently, the keyboard selection interface in non-GNOME variants only allows choosing a single keyboard layout. This limits usability for users with both ASCII-capable and non-ASCII keyboards (e.g., English + regional input methods).
Users with non-ASCII keyboards (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Japanese, etc.) need an ASCII-capable keyboard layout for configurating LUKS passwords, usernames etc.
The current UI restricts to one layout, forcing manual reconfiguration or editing configuration files.
Acceptance Criteria:
- User can select multiple keyboard layouts during setup.
- The selected layouts are preserved in system configuration after installation.
- The default / first layout in selection is used for LUKS encryption
