On the context of INSTALLER-4275 we learned flatpak support with preinstall.d to Anaconda for Satellite was not working.

One of the issues is that that anaconda's flatpak module is trying to use the CDN default url instead of the custom satellite one. On top of that, with our current understanding, flatpak installations would only work after activation, which, on kickstart, is on the "post" section. How satellite DNF integration works given the "activation script" only runs after the installation is complete? Can we leverage the same path it uses for flatpak?
