Anaconda should propertly display OS info for rolling releases distros

      Rolling releases like arch or debian testing don't have VERSION.

      Debian testing had temporarily added VERSION for the trixie release, but now that testing is trailing unstable again it was re-dropped, making our Web UI CI break.
