Set up automated testing for Anaconda WebUI against Fedora 43 builds.

Create a new `fedora-43-boot-iso` image in the cockpit/bots repository (https://github.com/cockpit-project/bots/).
Integrate the new image into CI pipelines.
Ensure Web UI tests ran in the anaconda repo also run for f43 https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda/actions/workflows/trigger-webui.yml
