Anaconda have modularization support already disabled on RHEL-10 and we want to migrate to DNF5 in Fedora 43. However, DNF5 don't have API for that so instead of adding this support let's remove what we have instead.

However, this is change in kickstart files (API) so we need to raise awareness of such a change.
