User Stories:

As a spin developer, I want to be informed about Anaconda web UI is coming to my spin, so that I can provide our requirements.

As a fedora user, I want to be informed where Anaconda web UI is getting adopted before it happens, so that I can give my feedback and I know where to focus my testing of Fedora before release. 

Description:

We want to extend our adoption of Anaconda web UI to spins as we are now on Fedora Workstation. For that we need to file a system wide change to Fedora and lead discussions for this change.

This is prerequisite necessary to get the web UI for Fedora spins in Fedora 43.

Acceptance criteria:

• System Wide Change for adoption of web UI to Fedora spins is proposed to Fedora.
  • The system wide change explains our additional changes for Anaconda web UI.
  • The system wide change explains differences in the UI between Fedora Workstation and spins.  
• Important SIGs are reached out (at minimal KDE).
