The Anaconda Web UI CI test suite needs improvements. Some tests are currently flaky, and others have been temporarily excluded. This task involves:

• Investigating and fixing flaky tests to improve stability.

• Re-enabling tests that were previously excluded and ensuring they run reliably.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Flaky tests are identified and made stable.

• Excluded tests are reintroduced and consistently pass.

• CI runs without intermittent failures due to unstable tests.
