To be able to test anaconda and respective kickstart test changes together
(for example https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda/pull/5703 and https://github.com/rhinstaller/kickstart-tests/pull/1221)

allow to select a specific kickstart-tests update for the /kickstart-test anaconda workflow (https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda/blob/master/.github/workflows/kickstart-tests.yml)

We could specify a repository and branch, for example:
/kickstart-test --kickstart-tests rvykydal/kickstart-tests:rhel-12345 --testtype network

Or a kickstart-test repo pull request, for example:
/kickstart-test --kstest-pr 2345 --testtype network
