In INSTALLER-3503 mvollmer1@redhat.com come with idea that Cockpit Storage could warn user that the action they are trying to do will break existing installation. To be able to do that Cockpit Storage needs information about which partitions contains existing installations.

Currently there is a patch which will mount the device before destructive action and check for user data. However, this detection is not great because it means a lot of mounting and unnecessary checks, instead we should be able to provide such a list to the Cockpit Storage.
