      Switch to using centos containers in the upstream CI in the RHEL-9 branch.

      Get inspired from https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda/pull/5573

      This is a required task so that we can move our containers to a public registry, which in turn will allow us to enable tons of automation through workflows, that are currently blocked from the fact the the RHEL containers are in the red hat registry behind VPN.
