User Stories:

As a Fedora Workstation user, I want to be able to remove partitions from the existing installation, so that I can use the freed up space for the new installation.
Description:
From the upstream discussions we got requirements to be able to resize/remove partitions from the existing installation by the Web UI in a straightforward way. (No cockpit-storage) Reason for that:
- Other installers supports that too.
- It's not that rare use-case.
- Without a cockpit-storage there is no easy way to do that.
- We already have this functionality in the GTK UI so people are used to this.
Acceptance criteria:
- Guided partitioning needs to be extended to cover this path.
- If possible we should be able to do resizing on simple partitioning.
- We need to react somehow on BitLocker locked Windows partitions (for first version it could be even disable resize)
- We need to be able to remove partitions.
- This functionality should be covered by tests.
