Additional SNI and XSite tests

The SWIG test suite currently includes the SiteDownFailoverTest test, but should also include the SiteManualSwitchTest test. There are also two more scenarios to add to the SimpleTLS-SNI.cpp test class:

1. Connect to a second SNI name defined for the same certificate
2. Try to connect to a non-existent SNI name
