Per a conference call with Toni Segura Puimedon he asked that I create a story on the HOSTEDCP board for planning purposes, as the devtools/developer org's work in 4.14 to get the shared resources csi driver running and properly tested on hypershift, where the operator and webhooks for shared resoruces, per input from the storage team, needs to run on the mgmt cluster, and the driver itself runs on the guest cluster (as it needs to be colocated on the same nodes consuming pods are running in).

In particular, Toni will use this item to line up guidance/assistance from hypershift QE for devtools QE (fyi spandura@redhat.com jitensingh )
