      The Service team to should Shadow the SRE team currently supporting their service on incidents, or join in any SRE incident to gain understanding of how SRE works during an incident, and gain second hand experience with escalations to other teams.

      The SRE manager and the Service team must work together to create the shadowing agreement and plan.
