WebRCA is an actively developed internal Red Hat tool for managing incidents and generating Root Cause Analyses for use by both SWE teams doing Hybrid SRE and dedicated SRE teams.

WebRCA is accessible to all Red Hatters, however making use of it requires a product to be defined in the Status Board service (see accompanying Status Board enablement card in this epic for information on how to accomplish that).
