Implement support for presenting user-provisioned bare-metal infrastructure for consumption by HyperShift.

Requirements

HyperShift is able to request pre-provisioned bare-metal infrastructure the same way it requests managed infra.
Day 2 functions should also be supported for the provided machine.
Feature use is properly tested and documented.
