Epic Goal
- Enable guest clusters to manage cloud infrastructure such as persistent volumes and service load balancers in AWS.
Why is this important?
- Enabling the kubernetes cloud provider to manage cloud infrastructure will make it possible for components such as the router and image registry to run on a guest cluster.
Scenarios
- Create a service of type load balancer in the guest cluster and get a load balancer created in the guest cluster's infrastructure.
- Create a pvc in the guest cluster and get a volume created and bound in the guest cluster's infrastructure.
