The way oc muster-gather works is by dumping all kinds of objects and pod logs from the cluster in order to provide all necessary information to be able to debug issues. In Hypershift, this is insufficient, as the components that run on the management cluster are not included. We likely want it to gather everything from the management cluster as well, but that will imply that cluster owners can not run it anymore.
