User Story:

As a customer I want to upgrade my HostedCluster from 4.18 to the next available release, so I can verify:

• The runtime stays in crun.
• The new NodePools are created with crun runtime.
• The disconnected deployments keep working fine.

If any of the points above fails, we need to fill a bug in order to solve it and put it under same Epic as this user story.
