User Story:

As a customer I want to upgrade my HostedCluster from 4.17 to 4.18, so I can verify:

• The runtime changes from runc to crun.
• The new NodePools are created with crun runtime.
• The disconnected deployments keep working fine.

If any of the points above fails, we need to fill a bug in order to solve it and put it under same Epic as this user story.

• Upstream and downstream documentation.
• Validated the above scenarios.
• Filled the proper issues if applies.
• Modify the Upgrade E2E tests to check the runtime.
