Goal:

• Implement a HMS service called Playbook Playground which will allow us to send Playbooks via the service to the Cloud VMs (rhc-worker-playbook).

Acceptance Criteria:

• You should be able to use a command line client to send a playbook in yaml format to the Playbook Playground service.
• The Playbook Playground service should take care of sending the playbook to the recipient cloud VM and execute it there.

• A lot, see sub-tasks
