[UI] Template detail link on system page is incorrectly redirecting to /templates/

      • The link should redirect the user to a detail page for the given template, not to the Templates list page
      • The redirect is failing because our former PRs removed the `/details` segment from the template detail URL
      • The segment needs to be removed here as well
