Send add/removed advisory list with template created/updated message

      • Currently the content-sources application sends a message on any create or update of a content template.
          • We should modify this to include a list of added advisories and a list of  removed advisories  (Just a list of the errata id such as RHSA-2025-01)
          • If the advisory list is too big (break every 10,000 advisories?) then split it into two or more created  messages
