[BUG] Vertical scrolling broken for all apps in the HCC after visiting the image builder

      *Bug description*
      After visiting the image builder page, the vertical scrolling for the HCC console is broken. The HCC footer becomes sticky and only a slice of it is visible, hiding the content underneath it.

      *Reproduction steps*
      Steps to reproduce the behavior:
      1. Go to 'console.redhat.com'
      2. Click on the 'Images' link on the Image Builder card of the dashboard, or reach the page in some other way
      3. Go back to the homepage clicking the Red Hat logo on the top left
      4. See error
