Investigate whether a switch from redux to react-query + context API in the Patch UI would be worth the level of effort.

This may not replace redux fully, so consider whether it would make sense to support both redux and react-query if we did migrate.

A few insights/lightspeed applications have done a similar migration, so it could be worth reaching out to understand pain points or blockers that were encountered.

Share the findings with the team. If the decision is to migrate, create an epic and corresponding tasks to track the migration.
