This added a tsconfig override to trigger static analysis on missing imports in playwright test files: https://github.com/osbuild/image-builder-frontend/pull/3766

When migration from vitest to playwright is complete, we can remove the additional tsconfig ans revert root tsconfig and eslint.config changes.
