Rename the filter label from "Unknown" to "None" to denote that bug fixes and enhancements do not have the severity property

Rationale from Shane: I do have a preference on the usage of “Unknown,” which is that we should not do that. It’s not unknown; we know that there isn’t one and shouldn’t be one for bug fixes and enhancements
