Within the backend, we need to store the blueprint toml generated from a policy. This will go in a new table.
This would be saved when:
- user creates blueprint with a policy
- User updates the blueprint and changes the policy used
- User 'fixes' lint warnings with compliance differences
Ensure saving and updating with the blueprint toml is done in an atomic way.
