After registering with sub-man or rhc,  any additional repositories other than appstream and baseos will not be enabled by default. 

For these repos, we need to enable each repo (other than baseos and appstream): 

subscription-manager repos --enable=LABEL1 --enable=LABEL2

This should run after registering with subscription-manager OR rhc

This is not needed when using a template to build the image (but wouldn't hurt anything if done)

Requires changes to:

• Images - Added to existing subscriptions stage as an option
• Composer
• image-builder-crc - would need to lookup repository labels from the repositories app
