Certain logs have got character sequences in them which aren't supported. And the build fails with:

ERROR: unsupported Unicode escape sequence (SQLSTATE 22P05)

1. See the attached blueprint to reproduce the build.
2. Export the logs.
3. grep for "*".

JSONB doesn't support all escape sequences, so we need to account for this, and sanitise the output we get from osbuild logs (which are inserted into the result) properly.
