User Story

As a customer of RH and user of cloud.redhat.com, I need Insights for RHEL RBAC permissions to work as designed all the time.

Description

Please break this story down into the work required to complete this story.

Current request is to have this work completed by March 31st, 2025.  If that is not possible, you need to add a comment saying that and when you can necessarily commit to it.

Test the resources and permissions give for the three new roles (Admin, Operator, & Viewer) defined as part of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHCLOUD-35891 and ensure we have proper automated tests in place to catch future regressions that rollup to one (or more) RBAC specific requirements.

Please link any discovered bugs as it relates to this service both on this story as well as the corresponding role story under RHCLOUD-35891.  More generic RBAC problems should be reported to RHCLOUD-35891 directly.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Requirements defined through conversations with PM/team
2. Completed tested
3. All corresponding bugs verified
4. All necessary automated tests completed and running.
